Wade Hlady were the first two lawyers to raise attention to a controversial Taber bylaw and to offer to represent individuals charged under that bylaw free of charge. A social media post advertising free consultations for anyone charged under the Taber bylaw was shared over 1000 times and reported on by national and international media.

Wade Hlady has been invited to guest lecture at Lethbridge College and at the University of Lethbridge and to provide commentary on local radio stations. He gave a Southern Alberta Council of Public Affairs lecture on Canada’s new prostitution laws in January 2015 that can be listened to online.
