Question 1: What are your rates?
We pride ourselves on attempting to provide our clients with affordable legal services. Please contact us for a free consultation and a quote.
Question 2: Do you accept Legal Aid files?
We represent clients on Legal Aid retainers and we assist clients who are applying for Legal Aid. Give us a call and tell us about your situation.
Question 3: Do you accept pro bono files?
Our lawyers independently make decisions on whether or not to accept pro bono files. If you are unable to afford a lawyer, have unsuccessfully completed the Legal Aid application process, or are in search of help, please contact our office to see what we can do for you.
Question 4: Are you hiring lawyers?
Hlady Law Office operates on an office-share arrangement. We invite interested lawyers to contact us regarding this sort of professional arrangement.
Question 5: Are you hiring articling students?
As a law firm representing clients only on criminal law matters we are unable to offer students a full articling experience. We accept resumes on an ongoing basis from articling students who are interested in composite articles or a criminal law rotation as part of their practicum. We also invite law firms looking to place their articling students in a criminal law setting to contact us. We do not accept resumes from summer students.
Question 6: Are you hiring staff?
We are not currently hiring administrative support or legal assistants. You can submit a resume for us to hold in case a suitable position comes up in the near future.
